A cookie is a small data file that a web site or an e-mail may save to your browser, which may then be stored on your hard drive. Our web site and e-mails use cookies
to create a more personalized shopping experience for visitors to our site. Cookies simulate a continuous connection - they let us "remember" information about your

We may use a third party to place cookies on your computer to collect non-personally identifiable information. Although our cookies may contain a unique user ID,
they do not collect or store any personally identifiable information. However, you do have the option of saving your Login ID in the cookie so it is easy to remember
next time; this option will be found under My Account.
You may choose to set your web browser to not accept cookies. However, without enabling your cookies, you will not be able to view, create an account, or make

Our web server automatically collects clickstream information such as the address (or URL) of the Web site that you came from before visiting our site, which
pages you visit on our site, which browser you used to view our site and any search terms you may have entered on our site, among other things.
Our web site may also use other technologies to track which pages our visitors view. This anonymous clickstream data provides our customers with a better shopping
experience and helps us understand how visitors use our Web site.
Third Party Ad Providers
Our web site may use third party service providers to serve ads across the Internet and to analyze Web site traffic on our behalf. They may collect anonymous information
about your visits to our Web site and your interaction with our ads. These companies may use technologies similar to those outlined above to measure the
effectiveness of ads and e-mails. They may also use information about your visits to our Web site so that we can provide advertisements about goods and services.

But, in the meantime, an email has been sent with information on how to get started.
Cash Management
Power Flash takes care of all customer financial transactions for you. When a customer places an order, they can pay on-line. Power Flash will automatically obtain an
authorization for the card, and track the money throughout the order process, until it is deposited into your bank. If a customer pays by check or cash, Power Flash will
track that as well, from the time the driver collects the money, continuing throughout the checkout process until the money is deposited into your bank.
Power Flash also fully supports Corporate Accounts as well. When you approve a customer for a corporate account, they can charge their orders up to the limit you set,
and can make payments on-line or they can mail in a check. Every payment on an account is tied to one or more specific orders, allowing you to accurately track every order.
Power Flash also keeps tracks of monies owed to restaurants. Each restaurant can be setup on its own payment schedule and terms, and Power Flash will let you know how much is owed
and when to pay!
Customers
Power Flash keeps track of all your customers' orders, of course. But, not only that, Power Flash looks for trends to tailor specials to each customer as well as make recommendations
based on their previous orders, using the overall knowlege gained by looking at ordering patterns throughout the system.
Many programs can easily tell you when a customer has not ordered in a certain amount of time, but that is simply not enough in today's fast-paced marketplace. Power Flash looks at every customer
individually, looking for patterns, and, most importantly, disruption in those patterns.
FOr example, let's sayt you have a great customer that orders three times a week, but they start ordering only a couple of times a week, or they start spending less. Power Flash will
take note of this long before these patterns become apparent, alowing you to take action before a customer is lost. Not only will you save potentially lost customers, but you will appear
to be their hero for noticing and caring about them!
Dispatching
Power Flash, of course, allows you to dispatch your drivers. When a driver is assigned to an order, a text (or email) is sent to the driver telling them what restaurant to go to.
But the real power in Power Flash is its ability to automatically dispatch orders without a human dispatcher being involved. Drivers are automatically selected based on their availability,
location, experience, and other factors. Power Flash will analyze all active orders to determine the best routing based on traffic, time of day, driver availabilty, and restaurant
performance. It will also automatically keep customers (who have opted-in, of course) of their order status.
When situations arise that require human dispatcher intervention, Power Flash will alter the dispatcher on duty, and automatically escalate to the manager on duty to those set for
emergency on-calls. This allows your dispatcher the freedom to walk away or even leave the office without worry!
Drivers
Drivers are the key to your success, as they are they only face-to-face contact made with most of your customers. Power Flash gives your drivers the tools they need to properly
deliver the orders. For those services that employ independent contractors, Power Flash has the ability to allow drivers to accept or reject orders. If a driver rejects an order,
Power Flash will automatically assign it to another driver right away.
Restaurants
The final part of your business are your restaurants. Setting up restaurants is easy with Power Flash. Restaurants using most modern POS systems can be automatically added to our system with a
couple of clicks. Power Flash will automatically connect to their system to downlaod their menus (and recieve updates whenever a restaurant makes a change), and can automatically send orders
directly to their POS when assigned by a dispatcher or the automated dispacthing system.
